Jukka Eskola
LEAD TRUMPET, FLUGELHORN
Jukka Eskola has worked as a professional musician for almost 20 years, performing with wide range of bands, artists and music styles. He has been touring all over the world with The Five Corners Quintet and Jimi Tenor Band to name a few. He is also the leader of his own groups, Jukka Eskola Soul Trio, Jukka Eskola Orquesta Bossa and Jukka Eskola Quintet.
Jukka has released five solo albums, which have been very well received all over the world. Jukka Eskola received Sony Jazz Price in 2006 and was chosen as the Artist of the Year by Pori Jazz Festival in 2007. In addition to his work as a jazz musician, he is also a very used session trumpet player and has featured on over 200 albums.
